The repetition is the measurement of a pattern in a specific product. E.g., if a wallpaper roll measures .53M X 10M and has a repetition of 64 CM, it means that pattern repeats itself 15.625 times along the 10 meter longitude of the wallpaper roll. The number of times the pattern repeats in a wallpaper is obtained by dividing the wallpaper longitude, in this case 10 meters, by the 64 centimeters of the repetition. 10 / 0.64 = 15.625. This data is important in order to know the exact amount of rolls needed to be purchased so the wall where the wallpaper is going to be installed can be uniform, otherwise the joints might be seen unequal from each other installed roll.

The amount of rolls or boxes to buy will depend on the product you desire.

- For wallpaper covers, you must consider the size of the wall where you are going to install it and the size of the roll and its repetition.

- For murals, the wall should be the same size or a little bit small that the mural, taking care of the mural does not look cut or incomplete.

- For 3D panels, you must consider the size of the wall and the panel size, this is how you'll know how many panels fits on the wall and for instance how many boxes you should buy.

Wallpaper caring would depend on the class they belong to, many of them can be washed with care, except the ones which are only made of paper.

No, the installation is not included due we only sell the products.

No, we only sell the wallpaper covers, murals and 3D panels.

No, we currently don't have any installers, but there is a possibility that in the near future we have a list of them, we'll let you know through our website or by e-mail.

Before you install, you must consider that your walls must be flat and humidity-free, otherwise lumps might appear on the wallpaper or might not properly stick on the walls. This also apply to murals and 3D panels. For this reason, we suggest to first fix your walls in case they need it before installing the product. Once you have solve this, and depending on the product, you'll be able to install them preferably with a specialist assistance.

On wallpaper covers and murals cases, some models may have glue in the back that must be wet and sticked on the wall. In other cases, a glue layer may be required on the wall and on the back of the cover.

On 3D panels cases, you must draw with a rule and pencil the localization of each panel starting from the center of the wall, install each one of them, fix the joints and finally, paint the panel with the desired color.

When the wall where you are planning to install your wallpaper cover has a door or a window you must consider the whole wall. Only when the door or window height is from floor to ceiling, you must measure the walls at their sides, this way the wallpaper patterns will be uniform.

In the stairway cases, you must measure from the beginning of the stair to the ceiling considering only the roll width to know the exact longitude, and you must take as measure the lowest and higher marks of the roll without considering cuts. Once you have this measure, you must repeat the procedure for the next roll and so on until you get to the end of the stairway. If the wallpaper cover has a repetition, you must first consider how many times the pattern is repeated in one roll.

To get the number of times a pattern fits in a roll use the following formula: Roll longitude / Repetition = Times the pattern repeats. If you have wastage don't worry, is normal and the important thing is that the wall looks uniform.

For 3D panels, we suggest that the wall where you plan to install them does not contain any outlets, switches, etc. If the panels doesn't exactly fit, you will have to make some cuts or install at the borders some frames made of wood, aluminium or any other material in order to have an esthetic wall.

Yes, all products are free shipping. You must consider that there are some products that can only be bought from 2 rolls and the reason is that if we order only one roll, the shipping may be very expensive despite the agreements we have with carriers and manufacturers.

The wallpaper cover and mural orders take between 3 to 4 working weeks due to once you place your order, your products are manufactured and imported from different countries. In some cases when there is available stock for your order, the delivery time may be less.

For 3D panel orders, the delivery time is 1 working week.

Yes, it is completely secure. We implemented security to our website so your transactions are 100% safe. In addition, the payment method is through PayPal, who will also support you just as we do.

We guarantee you will receive your product complete and in optimal conditions. If you receive your product damaged, in a different color or a different product rather than the one you ordered, we'll change it with no extra-cost.

We don't offer returns due to our products are manufactured once your order is approved and imported from different countries.

Usually our prices includes shipping costs and custom fees, however there are some cases where you may pay some extra custom fees when your order is delivered. This payment will be charged by the carrier who delivers your order.
